Burnt Pancake Sorting

This game is the same as Pancake Sorting but with additional requirements. The pancakes have two different sides, one is a burnt side and the other is a plain side. After arranging the pancakes must not only be in order from the largest on the bottom to the smallest on top, but also with the burnt side down for each pancake. This additional requirement makes the game much more difficult. Other than this the game is the same as Pancake Sorting. There will be a stack of pancakes and you need to sort the pancakes by flipping them. You select a pancake, and then it together with all the pancakes above will be flipped as a group. It is like using a spatula to lift the pancakes and then turn them upside down. Sort the pancakes with as few turns as possible in order to go to the next level. In the first few levels, it is easy but as the number of pancakes increases, it will be increasingly difficult to work out the most efficient way to turn the pancakes. The more levels you clear, the higher your rank.
